This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all subscription purchases, service bookings, and payments made on the AYKA platform.
The AYKA platform is owned and operated by AYKA CLYVORA PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U62099UP2025PTC223390).
Subscription Cancellation
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
- Cancellation will stop auto-renewal for the next billing cycle.
- The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- No mid-cycle downgrade or partial cancellation is allowed.
Subscription Refund Policy
AYKA offers a 30-day money-back guarantee, subject to the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of purchase.
- Requests raised after 7 days will not be eligible.
- This policy applies only to first-time subscriptions.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of approval.
Refunds are applicable only if:
- The user has not significantly used the platform services.
- No major benefits or services have been consumed.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- After 7 days from purchase.
- Renewal subscriptions from the second cycle onwards.
- Partial usage of subscription period.
- Add-on services once activated.
- Promotional or discounted plans, unless explicitly stated.
Service Booking Refunds
Refund requests for consultations must be raised within 24 hours of booking or service completion.
Refunds may be considered in cases of:
- Doctor unavailability.
- Technical failure on the platform.
- Duplicate payment.
No refund will be provided:
- After successful consultation.
- For dissatisfaction with medical advice.
Cancellation of Bookings
- Patients may cancel bookings before the scheduled consultation time.
- Refund eligibility depends on timing and service status.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Processing time may take up to 30 working days.
- Delays may occur due to banks or payment gateways.
Chargebacks
- Users are encouraged to contact AYKA support before initiating chargebacks.
AYKA reserves the right to:
- Suspend accounts in case of fraudulent chargebacks.
- Recover losses arising from chargebacks.
