This policy explains payment processing, commission deduction, payouts to experts and clinics, failed transactions, taxes, disputes, and chargeback handling on the AYKA platform.

AYKA ensures that all platform payments, commissions, payouts, disputes, and refund-related payment processes are handled through approved and secure payment workflows.

This policy governs all payments made on and through the AYKA platform.

Payment Processing
- All payments must be made via AYKA-approved payment gateways.
- Offline or direct payments are strictly prohibited.

Commission Deduction
AYKA deducts commission before payout:
- Free Plan: 50%
- Paid Plan: 20%

Payouts to Experts & Clinics
- Payouts will be processed within T+3 to T+7 working days after service completion.
Payout timelines may vary based on:
- Payment gateway processing.
- Bank delays.

Failed Transactions
- Failed or incomplete transactions will not be processed.
- Refunds, if applicable, will follow the Refund Policy.

Taxes
GST (18%) is applicable on:
- Subscription fees.
- Commission charges.
Tax Responsibility
- Users are responsible for their own tax compliance.

Disputes
- Any payment dispute must be raised within 24–48 hours of service completion.
- AYKA reserves the right to review and resolve disputes.

Chargebacks
In case of chargebacks:
- AYKA may withhold payouts.
- Accounts may be temporarily suspended.
